Our Building Restoration Specialists are capable of prescribing an action plan, and/or providing a stop-gap repair that will keep your occupants dry and happy.
Consultant Support
For Consultants and Engineers, BRS provides turn-key investigative solutions that include: access (including aerial), permits, pedestrian and vehicle protection, police details, water testing equipment, infrared cameras, moisture meters, fiber-optic borescopes, and cladding removal and reinstallation.
Preventative Maintenance
Building Restoration Services provides contract service at intervals calibrated to your building envelope cladding systems. Our Preventative Maintenance service includes an initial capital planning survey, a cost estimate or budget, scheduled cleaning and/or repairs, and documentation.
